ETP provides a monthly subscription (30-day billing cycle) for Korean used car auction data analytics.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
- You can cancel through the settings page or by contacting our support team.
3. Refund Policy
In accordance with Article 17 of the Korean Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Act, we offer the following refund terms:
Within 7 days of initial subscription: Full refund
If you have not materially used the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription date.
- After 7 days, no refund is provided. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- For automatic renewal charges, you may request a refund within 7 days of the renewal date.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of the request.
4. Exchange
As this is a digital subscription service, exchanges are not applicable.
